How did we get here? Do we even remember? We've simply forgotten this little aspect of our existence. Forgetting is part of our personal “cruise”. In this journey everybody wears beautiful, fascinating "masks”; this instruments help us to connect with others and the environment around us, but in the same time, they can steal our attention and make us get lost in their mirage. This masks are actually an analogy for our Ego, which is characterized by fascination and identification. In this way, we forget who we really are and where we came from, while identifying with this complex and charming masks.

      This acrylic handwork represents an eye, the "Gate to the Soul", the connection with the Essence and also has the role of Remembering and realizing this principle of Forgetting.
