Date: 10 November 2024
Time: 12 PM - 5 PM
Location: Budhist Center ”White Mahakala”, str. Tipografiei, nr. 18, Cluj-Napoca
We invite you to a creative painting workshop where we will connect to our heart and then express ourselves through shapes and colors in a mandala!
We will relax, meditate, serve tea and each draw our own HEART MANDALA, a gift for the soul
We will paint on a round canvas attached to the chassis, with a diameter of 20 cm, and at the end we will each receive a mini easel for support.
We will guide you through the entire process and bring all the necessary materials for acrylic painting. No previous experience necessary!
You will have the opportunity to explore acrylic painting, learn to create a mandala, discover the meaning of colors, shapes and symbols that describe you in your uniqueness.
It will be a day of relaxation and creation, of connecting with the heart and its most beautiful forms - gratitude, love, compassion, bliss, peace, harmony, grace - and we will shape them into a mandala!
Duration of the workshop: 5 hours

About Andrada-Diana Neamt & Simina-Alexandra Neamt - MandalaTales
Together, we graduated the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, UBB, Cluj-Napoca (2009-2012), we continued our postgraduate studies at the same university at the Master's in Public and Clinical Health Psychology (2012-2014), and our journey of personal and professional development continued through a Training in Transpersonal Psychotherapies, in Timișoara (2016 - 2021).
For five years we have been facilitating creative and therapeutic workshops for self-knowledge and personal development through mandala drawing and painting.
We believe that inner work is a necessary and continuous aspect throughout life to know ourselves better and evolve consciously, in harmony with ourselves and what surrounds us. We saw how mandalas can be a creative and colorful way to explore our inner world. We want to share this therapeutic technique that helps us become more aware and useful in creating a better world.
