INTUITIVE MANDALA DRAWING for Self-Knowledge

Date and time: from 31 Oct, every Thursday 5PM - 7PM (5 meetings)

Location: "White Mahakala" Buddhist Center, Cluj-Napoca

We invite you to a series of weekly art therapy meetings through INTUITIVE MANDALA DRAWING!

In 5 sessions of self-knowledge through intuitive drawing we'll explore our inner world and we'll see which aspects need our attention and how art helps us in self-knowledge and self-growingt!

We will relax, serve tea and we'll draw our own mandala of our inner state.

Mandalas are a creative and playful way to connect with our inner self and express freely through colors and shapes what is alive in us, our feelings, states, experiences.

And seeing from the outside what was previously formless in our inner world can be extremely helpful and revealing in self-knowledge!

At these workshops we aim to:

✨ We create a pleasant and safe space to connect with the creative part within

✨ We enjoy a short meditation to relax and connect with the inner world

✨ Explore the therapeutic side of mandalas - how they can be used as a tool in self-knowledge

✨ Express freely through shapes and colors, through intuitive drawing and observe the personal process

✨ We integrate the experience, "translate" it into words and take the message from our mandala

No drawing experience is needed for the process of self-knowledge through art! We will be by your side and guide you through the entire process.

We are waiting for you, every Thursday starting from October 31, from 5PM to 7PM at the "White Mahakala" Buddhist Center Cluj-Napoca, to take some time for our souls and take advantage of this opportunity to invest in our well-being!

To participate, you need to register on the form: https://forms.gle/NmarwtCepiwE7Gx86
