On Sunday, May 19, we will meet in a pleasant and quiet space, at the "White Mahakala" Buddhist Center Cluj-Napoca, to give ourselves a little quality and loving time for our souls. We will relax, meditate, serve tea and each draw our own mandala of Self-Love.

Mandalas are a creative and playful way to connect with our inner self and freely express through colors and shapes what is alive in us, our feelings, states, experiences.
And seeing from the outside what your previously formless inner world looks like can be extremely helpful and revealing in self-knowledge!

In Sunday's workshop we will connect to the energy of Love and then transpose it into a personal mandala.
💜 This is an invitation to an inner journey to the sacred space of our Heart, to "bath" in Self-Love, so that then we can love authentically all life and those around us!
You don't need drawing experience or to "know how to draw", the mandalas take shape and form almost by themselves :)
