You are invited on Saturday, 21 October, in a pleasant and quiet space, at the "White Mahakala" Buddhist Center, to relax, connect to your inner self, express through colors and paint your own INNER SELF MANDALA!
🎨 We will paint on a round canvas attached to the chassis, with a diameter of 20 cm, and at the end we will each receive a mini easel for support.
We will tap into our creative side through a guided meditation that will stimulate our imagination and will get us in the right state to freely express ourselves through painting. The mandala provides an easy structure to transpose into form and color what was previously formless within us. It's a simple way to tap into our creative side and relax at the same time.
The theme "Inner Self Mandala" will lead us to our interior, our essence, that part of us connected with the entire universe that is always here and now 👁️
🌞 It will be a relaxing and creative day, we will serve tea and fruits and we will each relax in our own way and at our own pace.
☸️ In the end the INNER SELF MANDALA will be a gift for your soul, a symbol of your essence, which will always guide you to return to your center when you need it.
No painting experience necessary. We will bring all the necessary materials and guide you in painting with acrylics.
