Therapeutic MANDALA Workshop - self-knowledge through intuitive drawing

When? --> 17 March 2024

Where? --> Buddhist Center "White Mahakala" Cluj-Napoca, Str. Tipografiei 18

A creative workshop that invites us to enter the inner world and get to know ourselves better through intuitive mandala drawing!

We will meet at the "White Mahakala" Buddhist Center, a pleasant and peaceful space where we will relax, serve tea and fruit, enjoy a guided meditation to connect with the inner world and draw mandalas to explore parts from our psyche that want to come to light, to be seen and integrated.

When you draw a mandala, a part of you that was previously unseen will take shape and color. Thus, the obtained mandala will become like a mirror of your interior, a reflection of your energy that you have brought into the manifest.

Seeing from the outside what your previously formless inner world looks like can be extremely helpful and revealing in self-knowledge!

In addition, intuitively drawing mandalas is a therapeutic process in itself, and once you know this technique of self-knowledge you can always use it in analyzing your psyche to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself or to gain a better understanding when you need it.

You don't need to have drawing experience or "know how to draw"

We will be with you and guide you throughout the process.
